Assignment

Reporting to the Sales Manager of the company, you will have administrative responsibility for a client portfolio. You will take care of all customer requests by registering offers, projects and orders on due time.

In general, you participate in the development of Argeville and International Centre in Barcelona.

Description des activités

  • Update to customer databases
  • Monitor the financial status of clients
  • Submit and follow up on R&D projects, sample offers and quotations
  • Enter and track customer orders
  • Manage and stay up-to-date with client payments
  • Assist the sales manager in the preparation and follow-up of visits and customer reception (collection of samples and goodies, customer visa request, hotel reservation, restaurant, meeting room, etc.)

Skills

  • Diploma in business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in perfumery area
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers & suppliers
  • Deep knowledge of the functioning of international trade (incoterms, country risks payment tools)
  • Competent in Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Lotus Notes, SAGE X3
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Fluent in English OR/AND in French
  • Rigorous, responsible and autonomous
  • Organizational and listening skills
