Assignment

Your mission will consist in creating, formulating, and adapting fragrance compositions for the home care and personal care products categories dedicated to the South East Asian markets, ensuring an optimal balance between olfactory performance, technical stability, and regulatory compliance.

You will work in close collaboration with the Development, Application, Marketing and Sales teams to translate customer and consumer expectations into relevant, distinctive, and technically adapted olfactory creations for each product category.

• Specialised in Body wash & Detergent formulation you will develop product performance at the required budget.
• To Evaluate fragrance behavior in final products (stability, likeability and performance in net, in use and after use).
• Strengthen olfactory knowledge of market products within the targeted categories.
• Improve current raw material pallet to suit such product categories in terms of performance.
• Engage yourself with clients and sales teams to support fragrance presentations and provide technical expertise.
• Be a player in proactive themes (trends, applications, regions, trade fairs) implemented by commercial strategies. Conduct visits to key clients across Southeast Asia.

Skills

• Master Degree in perfumery with 10 years of perfumery experience.
• Fluent in English
• One of Southeast Asian languages is a plus
• Understanding in South Asian Market Culture
• Specialised in body wash & detergent applications with strong GCMS capability
• Proven track records in Functional perfumery
• Communication skills
• Team spirit and Knowledge sharing
• Perseverance and Rigorous approaches
