At Argeville, we firmly believe in internal promotion and the professional development of our employees.
A case in point is Olivier Mortini, who joined Argeville in 2018 as a shipping operator, and whose position has evolved in 2019 to become a forklift operator.
We are delighted that he has been able to progress to a new position within our logistics team since February 2024, enabling him to develop new skills.
