2011 : 1, 200 m2 state of the art production site put into operation dedicated exclusively to food fragrances, Argeville Flavour SAS head office.
This new entity is run by a team of 15 specialists, with cutting-edge equipment.
Fanny and Xavier Ardizio are now continuing their father’s work, ready to take on the challenges of a continually-developing sector, while preserving the high standards and quality requirements associated with the Argeville name.
A team of flavour specialists and researchers provides "bespoke" flavours intended to meet the needs of the food processing industry. The sweet notes range from the most traditional (vanilla, strawberry, citrus fruits) to the most original (tonka bean, Turkish Delight, champagne sorbet) to different combinations (fruits of the forest / liquorice, pepper / bergamot, jasmine / tangerine).
In terms of savoury flavours, Argeville Flavour has perfected a culinary range including meats, vegetables, spices and seafood, as well as a range of natural flavouring without allergens or additives.
The flavouring is available in various forms : single liquids or emulsions ; mixed or atomised powders, granules, "turnkey" flavouring or developed to order, depending on each procedure.
Applications in the sweet sector : drinks, dairy products, biscuits, sweets.
Applications in the savoury sector : ready meals, soups, sauces, surimis, crackers and appetizer snacks.
The new premises have equipped Argeville Flavour with a high-performance research and production tool. The sealed separation of sweet from savoury, dry from moist in both production and storage avoids any risk of product contamination.
Cutting-edge monitoring equipment guarantees product quality at all stages of production.
Among the most efficient equipment there are three Frymakoruma reactors (for natural flavouring preparations or emulsions), a spray drying tower (to encapsulate liquid flavouring into powder form), colloid mills (to ensure the dispersion of poorly soluble powders without resorting to heating in gum-based emulsions), and two highly-developed mixers with liquid flavouring spray nozzles for mixing powders.
Argeville Flavour can offer a reassuringly rigorous policy at all levels:
